I have often thought that we can help each other with kindness - even if it means saying aloud "let us exercise together, it might help you to go for a walk and let us buy a new dress." We all have needed such prompts. I am afraid in the name of political correctness we have silenced ourselves - and slowly have absolved ourselves of responsibilities of looking out for one another. Your writing is a wake up call.
Love your notes, love them. A shouldless life. I am repeating this to myself. Shoulds have a lot of weight. Why carry so much! And yes, we are all enough. Thank you, Raju, for reiterating it.
