Pastries falling asleep in their box.......what a line ! Ooooh......just made my morning ! Raju......I feel like coming to Mumbai and talking to you ! I think I will make another cup of tea to linger on this poem !!!

Absolute beauty and tenderness!

Made me think of my father's feet,

Broad, with the projecting bone

(Which I inherited, which ruined all my soft shoes)

Which, in later years, I would give him pedicures

Trim his toenails, get unnerved when he squealed!

His quiet gratitude would break my heart...
